"In a World of Your Own (Home Video)" is a low-fi, original song my late mom filmed me performing, on her "new and exciting" Flip camera — written while studying at Berklee College of Music but not quite in time to grace my “Refresh” album. I plan to release this song, fully produced, but with its initially intended title: "Very Own World". Boy did I take for granted the very own world had I had in 2010! Track 11.5, between 11 and 12, is a bonus track that features my late and great mom, Jam on guitar and vocals, on the literal last day of her life.

I know you got plans. But try to carve out a chunk of time to lend your ears to this album from start to finish, and experience the art form of ALBUM just as much as SONG. It's worth it to really let the whole body of work wash over you. Hey, sometimes you gotta drop the ball and experience an exciting album like this to get "Above It All" (if I must say-so myself)! Please feel free to let me know if you don't like my album. I'll respect that. But also more importantly, let me know if you love it! Speaking of criticisms and frustrations, you might even yell, “Mayday!”, and put on Eryn Harris’ stellar performance for some solidarity, then realize this album is perfect for you after all. Wink wink.Finally, “Made of Light” which has gone through many shades through the years, has become a shining beacon of work, now featuring my very own newlywed wife! With the guidance of lead producer, Nick Anton —who brought Honeybe to a new level I never thought possible — gave this song its wings!My sweetheart, my star in life and my star in the music video for "Sweet Janine", Cait Murphy is at the top of my list to thank, because without her, I'd be sinking rather than soaring, and this album wouldn't have half the heart it does now.
Please enjoy this garden medley of my originals, with production and mixing spearheaded by Nick Anton (with the exception of "Believe In More" and Sweet Janine", which were mixed/mastered at "Virtue and Vice" and "Brooklyn Mastering", and solely produced by Stoddard).
